| Description |
It is the debut album of Kamal Siegel, a singer/songwriter born in Chile and currently residing in the U.S. With styles ranging from classical guitar to new age, jazz, flamenco, folk and rock, the album features eight songs in English and Spanish and six instrumental pieces. His music covers themes such as spiritual tension, racial unity, true happiness, oppression and inner conflicts, amongst others. Though at times heavy, Kamal Siegel's music also finds expression in light, fun and joyful themes of rebirth and spiritual glee.
In 2007 the song "Bird & Tree" was chosen by multiple Grammy Award-winner KC Porter, to feature on a various artists album titled "Temple of Light - Volume 1", released by his label Insignia Records. |
